Drinks on the Casino floor are OK but seem to be made with a definite cheaper whiskey. The Diamond Lounge still has a good menu selection and the service is very good. but the cutbacks have really had an impact on our fun & view. We used to feel very special & lucky at Harrah's Phila. So disappointing and not fun at all when you continually put money into the slots and get minimal or nothing in return. While we have tried our luck on the slots, it has become obvious that something has dramatically changed in the payouts/hits that occur. Recently, the fun has diminished along with the diminished Return Rewards, Free Play, Comps, drinks, slot machine payouts, etc. In the past we enjoyed having fun in the Casino, good food in the Diamond Lounge, good drinks, great comps, Free Play and wonderful Return Rewards. So disappointed in our last several visits to this Casino.
